Ed has developed his techniques in home remodeling and maintenance over the last 50+ years. Ed follows strict manufacturers guidelines, building code, and as well as best practices on every project. Due to extensive experience in the industry, we take pride in our exemplary workmanship and history of exceeding expectations.
Many new products are at the forefront of the DIY industry because of their exposure on television and on social media. Before we install a product that appears “perfect”, we are thoughtful and research the data.
Does the product have longevity and long-term viability or is it a short-term solution?
Does the product solve a problem, or will it create new problems?
Are these products durable?
Are they meant for a consumer or commercial application?
Are the products easy to service?
Is the manufacturer easy to contact and obtain customer support?
Lastly, do these products truly hold up to the image they are projecting?
All of these questions and more are what we spend hours investigating so that each and every product we install in your home is durable, easy to use as well as beautiful.
When you have questions about the completed job who do you contact?
Our policy is to return a call or email within 24 hours but in many cases, it is less than 12 hours. We answer calls at most hours of the day and when we are working on your home, you have a direct cell phone to contact us directly with any questions. In many cases, Ed visits your home once a day while we are working on your home. If a questions arises, we are here to answer whether it be on the job site or via telephone or email. Elle is also our customer care specialist and manager and will answer any questions that you may have before, during and after your job is complete.
If there is a problem with a product we installed?
Sometimes, products fail. It is a rare occurrence but it happens. We make every attempt to sell you a product that has a long history of success but sometimes products fall below our expectations. If it happens within 2 years of installation, we come to your home take pictures and obtain the proper information to obtain parts or an entire replacement of your product.
Do you complete only large jobs?
